Due to the irregular supply of liquid nitrogen, the liquid outlet remains open, which causes severe icing at the connection between the outlet pipe and the tank’s outer shell; the thickness of the ice layer is around 1 cm. Frost formation in the pipes further down occurs intermittently due to the user’s occasional use of the system. May I ask the experts and experienced professionals whether this phenomenon is normal? Has anyone encountered this? :handshake

There is no vacuum here; it is generally made of polyurethane foam. What’s lacking is rubber-plastic insulation material, as rubber-plastic materials age more easily

If no gas is indeed being used, there should be no frost or ice formation on the liquid outlet pipeline of the storage tank. If frost is present and the customer is indeed not using any gas, it is recommended to check the pipelines and associated components for any signs of leaks, such as at the flanges and safety valves~~
