Allowable stress of the material in the bellows

Regarding the allowable stress of materials in bellows, we have always used GB/T16749 from GB150; although it is not explicitly mentioned, it can still be understood ； GB/T12777 and GB/T35990 are more interesting; their allowable stresses are in line with the material standards. I’m not sure which of these material standards specifies allowable stresses. The relevant sections in these two standards are exactly identical, word for word
It is clearly stated in the terms and definitions that those defined in GB/T150-2011, as well as the following related terms and definitions, are applicable to this document; therefore, the definition of allowable stress is the same as that in 150.
