At a normal operating pressure of 0.2 MPa, the safety valve indicated a leakage issue; upon inspection, it was found that the spring had broken. Could someone please advise on the cause of this spring failure? Medium: Naphtha.

This fracture is due to normal wear and tear; it should be replaced when damaged, with no other factors involved. Prevent the problem with freezing ice; for the other issues, there’s little that can be done to prevent them, no specific measures available.
