Thermal calculation of waste heat boilers

What I have been working on is the design and calculation of waste heat boilers for cement kilns, as the amount of waste heat available is relatively low. I recently started working on a new project that requires temperatures of 1050°C. Waste heat is recovered from 70,000 Nm3/h of flue gas. After checking some information, it was found that the boiler design is different from that of cement kilns; a membrane wall is used at the front section of the boiler to cool the flue gases. I’m asking the experts here: how do I perform this thermal calculation?
