I see ultrasonic probes with a 300-degree range; if testing can be carried out at high temperatures, many devices won’t need to be shut down or cooled down for testing, which saves a lot of time and makes the process much more practical. 3. Some pipes are connected to boilers; some of them are considered part of the boiler and therefore not classified as pressure pipes. However, in the past they were classified as pipes. Is it easy to modify the records? Currently, the Pipeline Room and the Pressure Vessel Room in the business unit are shirking responsibility from each other; how should this be coordinated? 4. Is it possible to perform calibration when there is steam inside the pipeline? What about the standing water?

For some pipe and boiler connections, it is stipulated that those up to 1000 meters can be processed together, but handling them separately is also an option. Therefore, it is recommended not to change the status quo. If modification is necessary, to coordinate between the pipeline room and the pressure vessel room, it’s natural to look upwards. 4. Inspections generally require the vehicle to be stopped; this is necessary for safety and to ensure the accuracy of the inspection, as it isn’t important whether there is water accumulation or not.
