A new type of tee featuring a transition arc at the junction of the three channels; it includes elbows of conventional design. This tee is composed of two arc-shaped elbows, each of which has a plane that is perpendicular to the port plane at that end, and this plane coincides with the vertical axis of symmetry of the port plane at that end. The planes of the two elbows meet together and are joined into a single unit by welding, with the port planes of the two elbows being aligned with one another; A transition arc is formed at the junction of the three channels in a tee composed of two elbow pipes. The aforementioned arc-shaped elbow is a 45-degree, 60-degree, or 90-degree elbow. At the other ends of the two bends in the tee composed of the two bends mentioned above, straight tubes or bends that extend the length are also connected respectively. Thanks to the adoption of the above technical solution, this utility model features a transition arc at the junction of the three channels within the tee. When using this tee, as the fluid passes through this junction and is divided into different paths, the transition arc ensures that the fluid does not experience a sudden change in direction; instead, it flows smoothly along the inner walls of the tee before splitting apart (as shown in Figure 5). As a result, the pressure loss of the fluid is minimal ; Due to the presence of transitional arcs at the junction of the three channels in this utility model, when the two fluids inside the tee meet, they combine along the inner walls of these smooth transitional arcs. As a result, the impact force between them is reduced, and there is no intense collision between the two fluids; hence, the turbulence generated is much less than that in a right-angled tee (as shown in Figure 6). Therefore, compared with existing technologies, this utility model not only has the advantage of reducing the intensity of fluid impact and minimizing fluid pressure losses, but also features a simple structure, ease of processing, and lower production costs. Furthermore, the tee joint used in this utility model helps to make the arrangement of pipes more orderly and aesthetically pleasing.
