For pressure vessels equipped with safety valves and requiring a gas-tightness test, the maximum allowable operating pressure of such equipment shall be specified during design. So how should the maximum allowable operating pressure be determined? What is the proportional relationship with the design pressure and the setting pressure of the safety valve?
Design pressure < Valve setting pressure < Maximum allowable operating pressure. The maximum allowable operating pressure is 150; see page 7 for the minimum value obtained through back calculation for all components.
The setting pressure of the safety valve should not be much lower than the design pressure, and the maximum allowable operating pressure should also not be much lower than the setting pressure of the safety valve. If the minimum value calculated based on GB150 for all components is too low, it is possible to increase the nominal thickness of the housing or select different components... The purpose of this post is to ask: how do people generally determine the difference between various pressures?

The design pressure is slightly higher than the set pressure; see page 150.1, P19.
It will function if the pressure is slightly higher than the design pressure
When the maximum allowable operating pressure is indicated, it is indeed possible for the set pressure of the safety valve to exceed the design pressure~~
The general rule is that the set pressure should not be greater than the design pressure~~

Please note the following point: According to GB150, the deviation of the set pressure of a safety valve shall not exceed ±3% of the set pressure, or the larger of ±0.015 MPa. 1. The set pressure (nominal value) of the safety valve shall be greater than the design pressure of the pressure vessel (i.e., the airtightness test pressure) plus the absolute value of the deviation from the set pressure of the safety valve. 2. The maximum allowable operating pressure of the container shall be greater than the set pressure of the safety valve plus its set pressure deviation.
