It is unreasonable; the setting pressure of the safety valve is too close to the pressure used for the airtightness test. During the airtightness test, the safety valve may activate.
The set pressure of the safety valve shall be ≥ design pressure ÷ 0.97, and the maximum allowable operating pressure shall be ≥ set pressure of the safety valve × 1.03.
