Do industrial elevators belong to moving equipment or stationary equipment?

Dear friends: Whether elevators used in production facilities are considered moving equipment or stationary equipment, please share how you manage them.
I believe that moving and stationary equipment generally refers to equipment used in the chemical industry, while elevators belong to general-purpose equipment
