Rated evaporation capacity is 10 tons, rated temperature is 230 degrees, and rated pressure is 1.25. Under long-term operation at low load, the evaporation capacity is only 4 tons, with the superheated steam temperature at 150 degrees
Safety is not greatly affected; the boiler efficiency is slightly lower.
Does a low temperature of the superheated steam have an impact on the superheater? It’s currently at 150; what if it’s 100?
If the superheat is insufficient and a gas-liquid two-phase flow is generated, damage may occur.
As long as it can be allowed normally, that’s fine
It basically poses no harm; it’s just a bit of a waste
