What qualifications are required for modifying pressure vessels? What qualifications are required after June 2019?
Qualifications that are no lower than those required for modifying equipment!

TSG R3001 states: Level 1 license for the installation, modification, and maintenance of pressure vessels, or a license for the manufacture of pressure vessels, or a GC1 license for pipeline installation； Order No. 3 of 2019 states that the modification and major repair of pressure vessels shall be carried out by units that hold the corresponding manufacturing license ； (Effective June 1)
