NB/T47015 recommends H08CrMoA; why do manufacturers say that H08CrMoA is suitable for non-pressure-bearing equipment while H13CrMoA is intended for pressure-bearing equipment? Which TIG welding wire should be used? Meanwhile, according to JB/T4709-2000, for TIG welding wires used in 15CrMoR welding, H13CrMoA is recommended
