For phosphate storage tanks, which is better: PPH or steel-lined PE tanks?

As the title suggests, the tank volume is 50 m3. Which of these two types of tanks is better to choose? There is concern that the PPH tank may age after a few years, or that the PE lining on the steel may peel off. I would be very grateful if colleagues who have used superphosphate storage tanks could share their experience. Thank you!
