Then I can understand that stainless steel spring washers can be used as a substitute for shock absorption? This is meant to be used on grounding posts. It’s required to use anti-vibration washers; rubber ones tend to degrade easily when used outdoors. Is it okay if I use spring lock washers instead? It also has a certain seismic resistance effect.
