Chemical companies are familiar with safety valves; many workshops have dozens of them. In the past, the company managed these safety valves in a careless and chaotic manner, without any proper records kept. After consulting the special inspection center, they said that the necessary parameters are the \"design pressure\" and \"operating pressure\", but these two values are not clearly indicated on the safety valve’s nameplate. I wonder, what are the main parameters that should be recorded in a safety valve ledger? Is it appropriate to record according to the safety valve nameplate? Is it still sufficient to only record the “design pressure” and “operating pressure”, along with the equipment location, medium, and inspection information? First, thank my friends for their help!

Thank you! Thank you to my friends for their suggestions. I used to list all the available parameters, resulting in a long list of items. However, not all safety valves had all of these parameters. Later, the people from the technical equipment department took a look and said it wasn’t necessary to include everything; they suggested removing some of the items and keeping only: model, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, set pressure, manufacturer, date of manufacture, working medium, device to which it belongs, and operating pressure of the device.
