Selection of steel pipe material

GB150.2 provides a table outlining the allowable stress values for steel materials used in pipes, but it doesn’t state that those are the only materials that can be used, right? I know that the materials being used now are all from above; since they’re all from there, why isn’t that mentioned explicitly?
GB150.2 3.2.
Containers designed in accordance with GB/T150 must be made of the materials listed in GB/T150.2; for materials not listed therein, the provisions of clause 3.2 of GB/T150.2 shall apply.
