I would like to ask everyone: in chemical manufacturing enterprises, after applying fireproof coating to the steel structures of utility tunnels, is it necessary to submit the work to the local fire department for inspection and approval? If necessary, which standards require it? Thank you!

According to Ministry of Public Security Order No. 106, the \"Regulations on Fire Safety Supervision and Management of Construction Projects\", the documents required when applying for fire safety inspection include: ① Application form for fire safety inspection of construction projects; ② Report on the completion inspection of the project； ③Certification documents for the quality of fire protection products ； ④Certification documents showing that building components, building materials, and interior decoration materials with fire resistance requirements meet **standards or industry standards, as well as factory inspection certificates ； ⑤Certification documents confirming compliance with inspections for fire protection facilities and electrical fire prevention technologies ； ⑥Legal identification documents of construction, project supervision, and testing agencies ； Fireproof coatings for steel structure pipe corridors are considered fire protection facilities, and they require testing by a fire safety inspection agency. Once the testing is successful and a certificate of compliance is issued, such documents, along with the other mentioned materials, must be submitted to the fire department, which will then carry out the acceptance process
