Heat exchangers that use circulating water suffer from severe blockage and corrosion; are there any good solutions?
Let’s be serious for a moment – this isn’t a heat exchanger at all; it’s simply a filter, haha
Are there no filters on the inlet pipelines? :funk:
It’s really unbearable to look at, but the corrosion shouldn’t be severe; let’s check again after washing it with high-pressure water;P
Talk to the people in charge of the processing – if that doesn’t work, we can just add a screen in front of the inlet;P
Clean it up; it should work then. The quality of the circulating water is concerning
Cleaning with a high-pressure water gun – it can be reused as long as there are no leaks. It is recommended to check the packing in the circulating water tower, as well as the inlet filter of the circulating water pump
The inlet pipeline of the heat exchanger has no filter
Adding a strainer would likely require frequent cleaning, and the DN350 pipeline is difficult to work with
The corrosion is quite severe; a lot has already been blocked up
