During the container manufacturing process, can a single piece of equipment draw welding materials from the secondary warehouse at once, and then have them dried and distributed according to the workshop’s order?
The first-level welder material storage is owned by the company, while the second-level storage is located in the production workshop. The second-level storage is responsible for drying the electrodes in accordance with the instructions provided in their user manuals, and welders must go to this storage location to obtain them.
I’ve heard this explanation for the first time: the primary warehouse belongs to the company, while the secondary warehouse belongs to the workshop. Both the primary and secondary warehouses are located next to each other, and in many cases the same person is in charge of them.
The primary storage area has good insulation and dehumidification capabilities, and its organization is also quite systematic; these features are not necessarily present in the secondary storage area. Transfer as much as is needed, minimize storage in the secondary warehouse, and avoid recycling for re-drying.
