How are pressure vessels for nitrogen-sealed explosive liquids classified?

It is recommended to classify them according to the level of danger; those similar to nitrogen-sealed methanol storage tanks should be classified as Category II. Actually, for types I and II, they are the same in terms of design and manufacturing.
