If it is only a piece of equipment, one needs to consider selecting materials based on the operating conditions of the medium (temperature, pressure, hydrogen partial pressure). Once the materials have been chosen, the structure can be determined according to the properties of those materials. You can look at similar devices such as hydrogenation reactors; moreover, you can use Nelson curves to see clearly that, for pure hydrogen, the material selection is mainly determined by temperature – ordinary carbon steel is sufficient as long as the temperature is below 200 degrees. For the structure, you can refer to books on high-pressure equipment as well as GB150 standards
