Issues regarding the registration of special equipment

Our company has several pressure vessels that were purchased along with other equipment; therefore, registration was not carried out at the time of installation. They have been in use for several years now. As inspections are becoming more stringent, we want to register those devices. I would like to ask whether it is still possible to complete the registration process, and what procedures are required
Find a manufacturer with the necessary installation qualifications, obtain an installation notification, and submit it to the Special Equipment Department of the Technical Supervision Bureau. Write the installation time now.
Have the equipment quality certificate and manufacturing supervision and inspection certificate ready to go to the Quality Supervision Bureau for registration
For the installation notification, won’t the supervision and inspection department come to the site? If someone had come to check, it would have been installed by now and in use already – wouldn’t that expose the situation?
It was installed by myself; there is no inspection report, only the documents related to the equipment’s delivery

In this case, you can only treat it as a newly installed device; you need to first submit an installation notification before you can register it. Since you were already in violation of the rules, you have to report it as a new product, as if it had never been used before
I would like to ask whether, after submitting the installation notification, the special inspection agency will send someone to supervise the installation?
Generally, if the equipment installation process is simple and the duration is short – for example, it can be completed in 2 or 3 days – they usually don’t come by. But if the project takes longer, is more complex, and involves piping work or something similar, they might come to check; you need to ensure that the work is done properly. Moreover, the installation notification is handled by the installation unit, while the registration is carried out by the user unit. Why didn’t they provide notification during installation? This also involves issues related to installation qualifications and procedures. Generally, supervision during the installation of pressure vessels is no longer required these days; you can take a look at TSG R3001-2006.
We installed a few small devices ourselves, without hiring a qualified installation company.-
Why don’t the manufacturers be responsible for installation? Generally, manufacturers of small equipment can handle the installation, as long as there are no external pressure pipelines involved.
