As the title suggests, I have just started working on a project related to the production of unsaturated resins. A new resin production facility similar to the first one has been set up, and now I need to calculate the heat load of the heat transfer oil furnace. Heat transfer oil is primarily used in jacketed reactors; this is my first experience with heat transfer oil furnaces and jacketed reactors as well. I would like to know how to calculate the heat load
Since Phase 1 and Phase 2 are similar, the simplest approach is to use the same number of kilocalorie boilers in both phases: lol
