What type of steel does Fe-2 category refer to in NB/T47014?

This is because in 47014~47015 as well as in heat treatment 30583, Fe-2 is listed, but a “—” is marked after it, with no specific steel grade indicated. Similarly, in the classifications for welding materials and wires, as well as in the table of minimum holding temperatures for heat treatment, “Fe-2” is shown with a “—” marked next to it. I want to know which grades and types of steel are referred to as “Fe-2”.
It isn’t listed in the standards; it may refer to certain new materials, and perhaps our editorial board is unaware of this as well, since our standards are based on those from foreign countries.
