I would like to ask the more experienced colleagues: Should I take the exam for the Pressure Vessel Inspector Certificate, Category A, this year? Is design experience in Category A still required?
Do reviewers still need to verify the certificate now? Could anyone who has had their design certification renewed share their experience? Also, isn’t the design experience required for Category A also something you write yourself? You can write it even if you don’t have such experience, as long as you have the relevant skills.
