Classification of pressure vessels

Dear experts, according to the ‘Regulations on Pressure Vessels’ TSG21-2016, the classification of pressure vessels is based on Figures A-1 and A-2. Has the category for low-pressure vessels – those containing media with extremely high or high toxicity levels and a product of pressure and volume of 0.2 MPa·m3 or more – been removed? Where can I find relevant information on this?； Could any expert help answer this? Thank you!
Low-pressure vessels (only for media with extremely high or high toxicity levels, and where the product is greater than or equal to 0.2 MPa·m3) are classified as Category III vessels. This provision comes from the 1999 version of the regulations; it is no longer included in the TSG R0004-2009 version! !
Now many of the Category 3 requirements have been reduced, which facilitates manufacturing in Category D facilities. However, the eight aspects covered from design to final inspection must not be taken lightly at all; exceeding the standards can lead to serious consequences
