Understand it from the words in the line above~~ And the design pressure is usually gauge pressure; a value of zero means gauge pressure of zero, while absolute pressure is 1 atm~~
Design a non-pressure vessel with a design pressure of 0.45 MPa——What does the original poster mean by this? A design pressure of 0.45 MPa definitely falls under pressure vessels
1. A design pressure of 0 means normal pressure. 2. The standard you are using is applicable only to pressure vessels under normal pressure; therefore, you cannot apply this standard in your case. 3. 0.45 Mpa should be considered as a pressure vessel value
If the design pressure is 0.45 MPa, this standard cannot be applied. The design pressure is zero, which is equivalent to an open-container...
Whether it is classified or not is not the same as whether it is a pressure vessel that requires supervision and inspection; even though it is a rectangular container with a pressure of 0.45 MPa, the wall thickness must be calculated based on this pressure level. Based on the above conditions, the pressure inside should be at atmospheric pressure, while the pressure in the jacket should be 0.45 MPa. Both the inside and outside pressures need to be taken into account.
Is 0.45Mpa a non-pressure vessel? ! Is it used on Earth?

The original poster used the wrong standard; 0.45 does not necessarily mean it is a pressure vessel subject to supervision and inspection under relevant regulations. It is also considered a pressure vessel in a broad sense, and it is definitely not a vessel operating at atmospheric pressure. Refer to GB150 for details.
