Is there a template for the retest report of materials?

For materials that require retesting, such as sheets or forgings, the manufacturing unit must conduct retests on their mechanical properties and chemical composition. I’m not sure what a retest report looks like Is there a standard format or template? Who needs to sign and approve the results of the retest? Do I need to archive it along with the pattern? Could anyone who knows the manufacturer please upload a photo for reference? Those who are aware of the details would be kind enough to explain them in detail. First, thank you all:handshake
There isn’t a unified format; as long as the information is complete, I’ll send you two tables for reference. Whether this is what the original poster needs depends on the situation – it should be archived along with the product documentation, and can be attached to the material warranty certificate.
There are no uniform format requirements, but information such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance must be complete. The retest report should be reviewed and signed by the personnel responsible for physical and chemical testing, with further review by the material specialist.
Different manufacturers use different formats, but the information presented is the same!
