As the title suggests, a 4-ton gas boiler needs to be selected – what conditions must it meet?
The burner should meet the power and backpressure requirements, and attention should be paid to the flame length and diameter.
Select the fuel based on customer requirements. Fuel or gas. There is also a type that can be used for both oil and gas. Select the burner model based on the boiler load. The model chosen should be able to overcome the boiler backpressure.
For 4-ton gas steam boilers, the Liya Road RS410/M model can be chosen; it is capable of withstanding the back pressure in the furnace, and its power output is also sufficient
To meet requirements regarding back pressure, furnace size, power, and so on, for a 10-year-old boiler for which the technical documentation no longer exists, the only viable option is to give up the conventional approach and replace the boiler and burner directly.
