Why has the Q235B material disappeared in the new version of GB20801-2020?

Why was the content related to Q235B removed from GB20801-2020? The older version had usage restrictions and allowable stresses for Q235B, while the new version only includes Q235A. Why is that? Is Q235B no longer allowed to be used?
The two are similar; Q235A boiling steel has a limited range of applications.
No one explained it; in GB/T20801, only Q235A is specified, and in the standards for pipes GB/T13401, only Q235B is listed – there is no Q235A:L

I checked GB/T20801; I only saw the allowable stress for Q345A. .
Q235B is slightly better than Q235A
In Appendix A of GB/T20801.2, Table A.1 lists common materials; for applications where welding is performed on sheets with a stress P not exceeding 1.6 Mpa and a thickness not exceeding 16 mm, there is no need to use Q235B, which is a low-temperature material, since the minimum temperature curve A is sufficient for such uses.
