What is the principle of recrystallization?
In my work, recrystallization happens in the following way: after stirring in the reaction vessel, crystallization takes place. Generally, the rotation speed of the crystallization vessel is quite low, around twenty revolutions per minute. Once the process is complete, the mixture is transferred to a crystallization tank where it crystallizes again and separates into layers. Finally, the crystallized material is dried.
