Question: For medical water tanks made of 304 material that must be of food-grade quality, what standards should be followed for their design? And what standards are followed for welding materials?
It should be the 150 or normal pressure vessel standard. Check the relevant standard documents for welding materials.

During design, care should be taken to ensure there are no dead corners or residues; structures with gusset rings, for example, are not allowed. 2. For the selection of welding materials, corresponding welders should be chosen based on the base material; this has nothing to do with hygiene standards. It is only necessary that the weld be polished to be level with the base material or have a slight excess height, and the surface of the weld should be smooth and clean. 3. The weld quality (non-destructive testing, etc.) is no different from the requirements for other containers.
