Friend from the manufacturing unit, I have a question: 1. Regarding manufacturing qualifications, is A3 also divided into manufacturing and welding? Does A3 manufacturing refer to end caps? Is it only the A3 group welding that forms a spherical tank? 2. Does the A3 welding qualification allow for the manufacture of D2 pressure vessels? I checked the manufacturing license, but the more I looked into it, the more confused I became. Please advise me, those who understand this well
