I have a question for everyone: what is the standard for passing the airtightness test of pressure vessels?
Different testing methods have different methods for evaluating their results; refer to NB/T47013.8 and its various appendices
The passing criterion for the airtightness test is the absence of leaks.
According to the standards, it is considered qualified if sufficient holding time is applied and no leaks are detected
We follow capacity regulations, HG20584, etc.

The airtightness test is the most commonly used inspection method in leakage tests, although it has low sensitivity; it is considered successful if no continuous or repeated bubbles appear when using a bubbling solution after applying pressure.
Checking with soapy water shows no bubbles, and there is no pressure drop on the pressure gauge
