CS stands for carbon steel, but your notation does not conform to the 20631 standard. At the same time, metal strips for winding gaskets have not yet been made of carbon steel
The wrapping gaskets I’ve seen have a carbon steel outer ring (centering ring), metal wires, and a stainless steel inner ring.
