May I ask everyone, what is the maximum operating temperature of the fluorinated lining equipment you use? Can it be used at 160 degrees?
It mainly depends on what the fluorine-lined material is, but most of them cannot withstand operating conditions at 160°C.
Treat specific equipment individually, and choose the appropriate process. It can reach up to 180°C.
