How many levels of signatures are allowed on a drawing?

I looked at the labels on some drawings; the signature fields went from drafting, design, proofreading, review, approval to final authorization. The first few levels are specified by TSG; is the approval for this level also stipulated? I have seen 3 types of containers before; starting from the design phase, I have encountered signatures at up to 4 levels. Design, proofread, review, approve. So the question is, what is the maximum number of levels for signing drawings?

The persons responsible for job design, proofreading, review, approval, and the company’s technical leader (in larger engineering design companies, this is usually the head of the container department) are specified; the diagram shows the signing requirements set by Shengli Institute.
