From being a novice who knew nothing at first to gradually becoming a competent technician, I have always strived to be a good mechanical engineer. My current job is my third one. To summarize this year in one word, it’s “change” – everything, from work to life, is changing constantly: changing jobs, bosses, working environments, getting married, becoming burdened by mortgage payments... 1. Main tasks completed this year: 1. At the beginning of the ## project team, I was mainly responsible for collecting and organizing relevant materials ； 2. Completed the ###3D model diagram ； 3. Complete the 3D animation of ##heat exchanger disassembly, assembly, and operation ； 4. Complete the 3D model diagram of ##device ； 5. Organize and refine the 3D model of ##device ； 6. Complete the design and drafting work for the ### heater (###) ； 7. Complete the quote for ###DN1600 threaded heat exchanger ； 8. Complete the quotation for the ###desulfurization tower ； 9. Assist the ### project team in completing the ### 3D model ； 10. Complete ###thesis ； 11. Completed the work of preparing design drawings for the separation tank in the tar hydrogenation project of ###New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. II. Shortcomings in work: 1. Issues are not considered thoroughly enough ； 2. Time management needs improvement ； 3. The working methods are unreasonable; sometimes they are too rigid, failing to strike a balance between detail and efficiency, which results in reduced work efficiency ； 4. Lack of professional knowledge; there is a need to strengthen theoretical learning* ； 5. The work is limited to equipment design; knowledge regarding manufacturing processes still needs to be improved. III. 2015 Plan: Complete the tasks assigned by the company while paying attention to the following areas: 1. Focus on the applications of metal foam in various fields ； 2.
