Is there any standard that requires 100% RT testing of the circumferential weld between the quick-opening door and the cylinder? Several clauses at 100% RT in GB150 do not cover quick-opening doors and the circumferential welds of the cylinder. Based on this understanding, since the medium is harmless and can be placed inside a container for inspection, can it be tested at 20% RT?
Professional equipment equipped with quick-opening devices shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards; in the absence thereof, the provisions for 150 may apply.
There are no regulations, and currently there are no specific manufacturing standards in China for quick-opening containers.

The high-neck flange type used in our company is 100% of Grade II; ordinary butt welds are only done on the surface; There is no standard at present; we follow the requirements for container flanges. We have manufactured dozens of units, and no problems have arisen in this regard. However, it is common for the doors to stop closing properly after some time of use. All of these units undergo heat treatment and further processing, but the issue remains unexplained. . . . . .
