Tank container design issues

I have a new design for tank containers, and I’m wondering whether the rated weight of these containers is 35 tons or 36 tons. What is the maximum lifting capacity of the current lifting equipment used for such containers? I know that road-based transport vehicles cannot handle containers weighing 36 tons. I’d like to hear the opinions of users; solving problems is something I enjoy doing.
