This is a mixing shaft, made of 180X16 20# pipe, 5.2 meters long. During use, it broke about 1 cm below the flange weld below the reducer. What's the reason?
Fatigue fracture. Do you want to set bottom support and middle support? 5.2 meters
Looking at the picture, the fracture site is near the heat affected zone.
Is there a middle support or bottom support for 5.2 meters?

See if there is no bracket in the picture. It is suspected that the shaft is broken due to too much torque.
It may be that the torque load is too large, and is there bottom support for the mixing shaft?
