This equipment is not commonly used and contains basically no or trace amounts of highly hazardous media. Should it be designed for high hazards?
You can let the owner decide the degree of toxicity. If the content is minimal, it can be classified as moderately harmful. If there is no shortage of money, then it will be severely investigated and punished if it is highly dangerous.

The content can be classified as (1) extremely hazardous (Level I), the maximum allowable concentration is <0.1mg/m3 ; (2) Highly hazardous (Level II), the maximum allowable concentration is 0.1~<1.0mg/m3 ; (3) Moderate hazard (Level III), the maximum allowable concentration is 1.0~<10mg/m3 ; (4) Mild hazard (Level IV), the maximum allowable concentration is ≥10mg/m3. When the user cannot provide a clear content, the design will be based on the most severe working conditions. Just like H2S, when it cannot provide its partial pressure, it must be designed according to the H2S environment.
Agree with 4# users should provide the specific composition data of the media. If there is no specific data, then you should be responsible for yourself and others according to the strict regulations.
