①Naked installation: Large and extra-large items with sufficient stiffness that cannot be separated; a bracket is placed at the bottom for support, and a tensioning band is used at the top to prevent them from rolling or shifting. ②Frame: A sturdy frame made of steel sections or square timber is used to securely fix the container and its components within it. ③Wrapping: For components that are not prone to damage or loss during transportation and handling, are of large size but in small quantities, they can be wrapped in soft material and then securely tied up with wire or flat steel. ④Dark box: It is a sealed packaging container used to pack small parts that require high precision, are prone to damage, sensitive to moisture, need to be protected from corrosion, and are at risk of getting lost. ⑤Space box: This type of packaging is used for components that do not require a dark box but cannot be wrapped. If necessary, the inside of the box can be lined with oil felt. Please provide pictures of these various packaging forms and examples to illustrate which stationary equipment requires each type of packaging ?
Pressure vessels are generally transported in their bare form; only protective measures such as nitrogen filling, simple sealing of the openings, and covering with plastic film are required depending on the requirements of the transportation environment.
