consult: The equipment was repaired twice before the first heat treatment. Is it necessary to extend the holding time during heat treatment? Is there any standard basis? Thank you.
It depends on the equipment requirements, material quality, repair process, etc. If it is more complicated, multiple repairs are often not allowed!
The main body of the container is made of low-temperature plate, and then repaired by repair welding. The thickness of the plate is 20mm and 26mm. In this case, does it need to extend the heat preservation time?

As long as the weld repair is performed before heat treatment, it has no impact on the heat treatment process.
Basically everything is said on the 6th floor, and the rework before heat treatment has no impact.
