Design of spiral staircase for 65m steel chimney

Dear experts in the marine industry: I’m currently working on a 65m tall chimney, a steel self-standing chimney; it’s my first time handling such a project. The flue gas inlet is at 6.5 m; according to the layout of four monitoring ports in front and two behind, the sampling port is at 25.7 m in height, and a monitoring and sampling platform as well as a revolving staircase need to be installed. I’m really confused – which specifications and standards should I refer to when designing a spiral staircase? At present, there are only the provisions related to spiral stairs and climbing stairs in GB50341 and GB50051, and they are not many. Therefore, I have come to the forum to ask for advice.
