The connection weld between the spherical head and the cylinder is a Class B butt weld or a Class C fillet weld.
That depends on the connection structure of your cylinder and head. Does the ball seal have straight edges? Generally, the hemisphere and the cylinder are not directly connected. That would cause great stress and should be avoided as much as possible during design.

Align the center line of the ball seal with the center line of the cylinder, and then use part of the cylinder as the ball seal. See the figure on page 291 of GB/T150.
