Construction of heating coils for large storage tanks over 50,000 cubic meters

Issues regarding the construction sequence of large external floating roof storage tanks: I have no experience with large floating roof tanks; for this 100,000-liter external floating roof tank, serpentine coil hot oil heating is being used. Based on the construction organization plans for other similar projects at hand, it is understood that the coils are installed after the floating roof has been installed. However, due to the dense winding of the coils this time, if the floating disk is installed first and then the coils are added, it will be necessary to introduce the pipes through the manhole; as a result, the degree of prefabrication of the pipes will inevitably be low, and there will be a large amount of welding work to be done in the confined space inside the tank. I’m seeking advice from those with experience: can the coil be installed first and then the floating disk? Will installing the coil first significantly reduce the efficiency of setting up the floating disk supports during subsequent construction, or could it cause damage to the coil? It would be great if there were photos sharing successful experiences. Which of the two options is more advantageous in terms of project duration, labor, and costs? Thank you!
