The company currently has too many contracts related to boilers and autoclaves, which makes it impossible to carry out all the work. I would like to ask all of you experts for your advice on how to improve production efficiency, so that our company can enhance its productivity and enable us to earn higher salaries – or at least still receive some salary
One of the key factors affecting the project timeline is material procurement. In particular, for certain outsourced components such as forged flanges and exterior heads, ordering should not be delayed until the drawings are available; purchases should be made as soon as the drawings are finalized, so that production progress is not hindered by shortages of materials.
