I would like to ask whether a basket filter (DN350) counts as a pressure vessel. If it does, are design and manufacturing qualifications for pressure vessels required? If it does not fall under that category, is a special qualification for pressure pipelines required? In other words, should basket filters be included within the scope of permissions related to pressure pipeline qualifications? ；

The design pressure is greater than 0.1 MPa, and the design calculations are carried out in accordance with GB/T150. Whether supervision is accepted depends on whether the medium complies with TSG21. Additionally, basket filters are no longer included in pressure pipelines (no pressure pipeline manufacturing license is required anymore)
Determine whether it is a Class I, II, or III pressure vessel based on the prescribed pressure, medium, volume, and gas space.
If a basket filter is completely filled with liquid, it is not considered a pressure vessel; it is designed for 150 pressure levels and is not subject to inspection
