The centrifugal dehydration method previously used resulted in a moisture level of over 2000 ppm; it is not sufficient to reduce the moisture level to below 800 ppm. The pellets must be able to withstand a temperature of up to 60 degrees, otherwise they stick together. Currently, hot air drying with a mixer is being used, but the efficiency is extremely low. I wonder if anyone has experience with such equipment – please offer some recommendations. The processing capacity should ideally be over 1 ton per hour.

Double-cone dryer; you can check whether it’s suitable for your process

It is recommended that the poster get in touch with Wuhan Control Center; I have rarely seen a problem in the market that it cannot solve.

Vertical moving bed drying equipment can be used for low-temperature drying; please refer to the drying technology blog: http://blog.sina.com.cn/dcyang01
